With immediate effect but with the following conditions Steeple Langford Fishery is open to members.
1. Due to storm damage the main gate from the car park is tied off, please use the small gate onto Kingfisher Lake, please ensure the gate is properly closed and latched after use.
2. The car park bank on Kingfisher remains badly flooded, please do not attempt to fish from or transit this bank.
3. At the request of the landowner, and due to residual flooding, the path from the wicket gate at the top of the North Bank on Whitebird around past the front of the Bungalow to the stile at the top of the South Bank is strictly out of bounds. Please respect this restriction.
4. Two platforms on Whitebird, and one platform on Kingfisher are currently waterlogged, it is strongly recommended not to fish from these platforms.
5. One swim on the Whitebird South bank is closed due to a fallen tree totally blocking the peg, with a risk of instability please avoid this area.
6. Do not forget to sign in on arrival and please remember that nets/mats/cradles will still need to be dipped to maintain biosecurity.
