Salisbury & District Angling Club Spring 2017 Newsletter

Hard copy production has always been time consuming and costly to the Club and now with only a very small number of members receiving the news in this format the time has come to phase out the Newsletter in this medium.

This Spring 2017 edition will be one of the very last hard copy newsletters produced, all relevant information is now easily transmitted via the forum or the news pages on the web site and is almost instantaneous.

As of December 2017 this method of Club communication will cease.
We recognise that some members may not personally own or have access to a computer. If this is the case please inform the office.

EA rod Licence Changes from April 2017

Amongst the changes are a free rod licence for junior anglers between  12 and 16 years old,  a rolling rod licence that lasts for 365 days from the day you buy it and a new three-rod licence option.

While fishing for juniors aged 12 to 16 becomes free they will still have to register to receive a licence to fish and not having one will still be an offence.
